50 Ways to Leave your Lover

Number one would definitely not be to dress up in lycra and cycle through 2"  of snow slush and mud for almost one hour at 0 degrees. Now I have thawed out and had a bath what a great day I had !! Beat a few people I needed to beat ( you know who you are !! ). Roll on next week when hopefully I shall be aboard my new bike ( Thank you Fiona xxxx )
