Have they sunk?
I'm experimenting with an old fashioned cherry cake recipe with my adaptations for the Clandestine Cake Club meeting next week. I'm using the different coloured cherries, plus glace apricot and pineapple pieces.
Tastes good but needs a bit more refinement, but they didn't sink. Problem - too much cake to eat.
