A trip on the canal

This morning I went for a walk round Colemere and along the Shropshire Union Canal where I saw this narrowboat. It must have been cold steering the boat as she wasn't able to move around much.
There were lots of birds on Colemere - great crested grebe, megansers and goosanders but not close enough for a photo.
We called in at Wood Lane Nature Reserve but there wasn't a lot to see today.
