Meat Vendor

I can't seem to get enough of the meat section at our local mercado lately, at least from a photographic standpoint. There is always something or someone interesting to photograph. The same can be said about the mercado in general, but the light and ability to frame the subjects is better around the meat counters.Today's shot is a case in point. I was loading my purchases into my backpack for the ride home when I looked up and here was this guy totally absorbed in his work. I shifted slightly to the right and he was perfectly framed by the thin sliced beef drying around him as he trimmed chops for his waiting customer.
