St Peter's Bocking ...... a church on the way

Lovely morning service with the good people of St Peter's Bocking, looking at the Baptism of Christ, and baptism in general. This church community worship respectfully, with dignity and with enthusiasm. A warm, welcoming, colourful and cheerful church and church community.

Originally, in the 1890s, St. Peter’s was conceived as a single building to seat 300 people. However, it was felt that due to a possible increase in population, the Church needed to seat 600. The early finances of the Church were such that the Church was often in debt and so no money could be raised to finance the building of a larger Church. To this day the Church has not been finished, which leads me to the more general thought about each of the 600 churches in my patch ...., "will the church ever be finished?"
