As I am evil*, I made the 16yo cook, while i took Bod for a walk.

*i dont really think i am evil. One of my jobs as a parent is ro get her ready for the world, and being able to feed herself properly is a thing she will need. Good, wholesome, healthy food, not that stuff you put in the microwave!
