Lavenders

Going back six months. Lavenders growing well on our bank looking upwards to an overcast sky.

Because of the very white screen we have to endure now, and as this image has some "whitish" tone in it I've put a subtle frame around it to separate the two different "whites".

Murky, overcast and cooler - every ingredient to make rain but nothing happening and it won't......just doesn't know how to rain.

Not to worry, another day of indoor activities and even a bit more housework (no I'm not running a temperature).

Been keeping an eye on the 50 over cricket international Sri Lanka V Black Caps, delicately poised but I'm thinking a win for our boys.
