Ugly or Beautiful?

Really nice to get away from my desk to meet a colleague from another Borough for a lunch meeting in Victoria.

Opposite Westminster Cathedral is a newish shopping/eating kind of area called Cardinal Place. This sculpture is a dominant feature - am currently ambivalent about it???
