Two Little Girls ........

Two little girls, only 83 years apart in age, discussed the finer points of the wine menu in Sante Wine Bar in Perth this afternoon. 

Ida and GG (Great Granny to you), were having a moment.  We had all polished off some Tapas and Paella, and GG had some lovely Sole, we were waiting on the Churros to arrive, and the girls were having a wee chat. 

Horrible weather today, the Burntislanders travelled through for lunch, and hopefully departed back to the Kingdom before the worst of the snow started. 

Us Methveners had another date, and after lunch we headed to G's sister Judy's house, for a farewell meal for his niece Alex, who is about to leave for 3 months in South Africa, coaching deprived primary-school age children in sports - mainly hockey.

Lovely meal, good company, pretty perfect day really.  Back home, G is still coughing so I think we are going to have an early night.  Hope the snow stays off overnight, as the roads are already treacherous.
