Grim

The newsreader on Sky news said tonight that the weather in Paris had been grim. On French news, you can see the umbrellas up, and here, some five hours drive south of Paris, the weather was the same.
We have endured a second day of relentless grey drizzle, the dogs are muddy, the chickens are muddy and we are hoping things will be brighter tomorrow, in every way.
