Keeping it Fresh

Blustery bitter cold wind today, caught in a hail storm while out with Lola on the moor almost blown off my feet!
Well it is Winter and only to be expected, at least we have electricity unlike so many poor Scots folk tonight.
It's been a soup, stew and comforting pudding kind of a day so this Watermelon has had to be removed from the fridge to make room for more calorie laden goodies :-)
