Enjoying natures colour palette

Warm sunny spells with blue skies continues - brilliant but too hot for running, so was up (relatively) early to run at 7.45am up and down the river. Still pretty hot, but beautiful - and so many runners, cyclists and dog walkers out and about. Managed 14k today much further than I’ve run for about 5months, so that was satisfying, but I spent most of the day recovering and resting in the garden and the hammock!
Just nipped into the reserve late afternoon and spotted this array colours swimming about in bright sunshine.
