Beach

Was at the beach in North Berwick today doing fitness on the sand dunes. Safe to say that the I'll never feel the same way about the beach again. It was brutal! Was in no shape to take a photo of the actual sand dune, nicknamed heart attack hill and murder hill, so I snapped this photo of the sea once I have recovered.
