Friday night and the people of this multicultural city line up to either take-out sushi or pizza. Come Monday and we are back to the basics we grew up with, where ever on this globe it was. 

Thanks to IKEA and it's rye crisp bread (knäckebröd, näkkileipä) we never feel like too far from home.
