A warm evening so a walk with molly seemed the perfect thing to do while gd went biking.  We all went biking this morning ............... not molly of course, she ran beside us ........... as the start of my practice for biking the rail trail late February.  I am reasonably fit but my bum needs practice sitting on the silly little hard bike seat!!
