Mind out! Incoming...

Blip mate and I sat and watched a large group of spoonbills at the estuary this morning, plus the usual number of ducks, stilts, seagulls etc.. There was a lot of flapping and flying short distances and I managed to capture several pics of the spoonbills beautiful wingspread.

It was very hard to choose but in the end I settled for this action shot of the spoonbill coming into land. It had only flown about 2 metres.
