Ouch...

After a rocky outing in high winds on the river tonight, something in my back went... "ouch".

Luckily, a certain someone I know knows a thing or two about bad backs, and had me stretching and bending while Ted applied his customary wet nose to help out how ever he could.

Still - not an ideal situation to be in 10 days before our next race!
