hoeing.......

Well a few weeks ago, I said we needed rain.  Now we have had almost too much rain in places.  In the south in Zomba where I used to live, 7 people have been washed away as one of the rivers burst its banks and washed some homes away too.  There have been a lot of bridges on the roads washed away too!  Here in Mzuzu we have had heavy rains but not too much!  

Today I went to Ekwendeni to deliver some play materials and this was the scene just outside the village!  People don't have tractors here so all the hoeing and planting is done by hand.  Its great to see the land so green and some crops already sprouting!
