Memories

Spotted these in a local charity shop window at luncht time today and I was transported back to my youth, seems to me that almost every home had at least one of these in the cupboard or glass display cabinet in the 'best' room.

I had a really rubbish nights sleep last night and watch a few of the wee small hours pass slowly whilst having a cup of tea and reading so the rest of the day has been a bit of a slog. Good to be home for the weekend and a rest and a meet up with the daughters tomorrow to share one of our christmas presents and then go on to make use of my second birthday present.
