Had a quick visit to Bronglais Hospital in Aberystwyth today to have a Cardiac Event Monitor fitted to see how my heart is performing.  I was in and out in 15 minutes, much quicker than I had expected.  The sign above is bilingual Welsh and English, as can be seen.  The photo is a bit wonky as I took it at an angle because the sun was shining on it.
The day began sunny and pleasant and then turned extremely wet and windy.  No dog walk this afternoon.
