I always feel so guilty when this orchid flowers. It must be about 15 years old now and, apart from splitting it up to make new plants, it is just left to its own devices in a North facing porch. I have never liked the colour of its flowers so it never comes inside. Today however the guilt got to me and I bought it some orchid feed. Just seen the news from Paris. Oh dear - man's inhumanity to man.
