Wind chill -14c

We were out early to catch what sun there was, but it didn't last long. We skied a few runs but the weather closed in, visibility was poor and here at the top of the Rocher de Bellevard, the wind was fierce. Most people were heading off home, and we decided to do the same. We are going to meet R and C for a farewell drink in the Grand Marnier bar later.

Sad news from our young ski rep today. An 18 year old lad died of hypothermia here after being drunk and getting lost on his way back to his chalet. The poor young girl was in the search party which found him and she had to tell his parents.
