A day out in Mechelen
Today we went to Mechelen and visited the Sint-Rombouts tower. It is a 97 meter high tower with 538 steps. There are different levels where you can visit different rooms with clockworks, bells and a crane chamber. The building is part of the World Heritage.
On top we had this view over the city and the sky.
We continued to celebrate our daughter's birthday with a visit to the toy museum and an exhibition on Dick Bruna's miffy. Of course there was spaghetti and 'good quality' hamburgers for lunch.
