Tower Of London Ceramic Poppy

On the 30th August I went on a day out with a very good mate and her sister.

We went down to Brighton, but on route, we visited the Tower of London poppy installation.

Whilst we were gazing in wonder, 2 Chelsea pensioners and a Beefeater came wandering through.  

That seemed to make it more real and poignant.

So I was inspired and upon my return went online to order one.

It arrived today.

It was earlier than anticipated.

Now I need to work out how to display it.

The cats climb, so it needs to be in a box of something I suspect as I do want it on display in the new house.

I am so pleased that I got to see it.
