Hill Reps & Badminton

A perfect conclusion to my ongoing battle with inDesign.  I will work it out soon.  Luckily this morning's downpour had cleared up in time for lunch and hill training after work in preparation for cross country and Slateman! Badminton was excellent, as always. We haven't quite forgotten how to play over Christmas!
