Quiet In Respect.....

That is what the signs said.....but there were people running and screaming and being obnoxious. It made me sad, but at the same time I was so excited to see this. Since I was a kid I have always wanted to see the Lincoln Memorial. Today, I got that chance. It was beautiful and brilliant and as I stood there for a moment, I tuned out all the noise and just existed.
