Pencils

Kind of an emergency blip - busy day at work, meaning I'm still working at midnight.  Sigh.  Spotted these on the kitchen table and thought 'that'll do'.

And then once I'd taken the photo I was reminded of the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris. Maybe the murdered cartoonists used the same brand of pencils as my son.  How can anyone be so offended by some cartoons that they feel an appropriate response is to murder indiscriminately?
