Ummmm

What an odd day.

First of all the wife was inaugurated at the local business networking group as President. Let the reign of terror commence.

But then, one of the members of the group (who started rented from us), tells us about a house they are clearing (they run an estate sale business) - and it turns out to be our next door neighbour. Who completely unknown to us - had died. Both him and his wife!! 

So we had a look at the house later in the afternoon. Don't know how we'll afford it, but if/when this comes up for sale, we'll break a neck figuring that out. Not putting this to our investors as we want the house (nothing personal - but it's the house next door!!)

And then the housing inspector phoned up and the apartment that failed so badly 2 weeks ago - PASSED!! Woohoo. Our bank manager could cry with joy. Phoned up the tenant and they sounded pleased. I think.

So all in all, an interesting day.
