Beef Scaffolding

I have done this before and will do it again no doubt. One rib of beef is tricky to cook upright and you lose a lot of the benefit of the fat and bone if you lay it down. So I use BBQ bamboo skewers to help it stay upright.

I wet to Tesco for no more reason than a £4 of if you spend £40 voucher would run out at the end of the day. The beef rib was £9 a kilo instead of £18 so I bought a 2kg piece for £20 and spent the rest on wine :)

Not a bad day overall.
