Honesty Plant Seed Pod

Wednesday and I head down to St Bernard's Well. The light is cloudy. There's not much colour and the Water of Leith reflects the cloudy light, but its not a day for definition.

In contrast, these silvery Honesty Plant seed pods stand out against the dark evergreen background. The wind is quite strong, and getting a picture in the winter light was quite testing. But it did stop long enough to get this photograph.

The walk back to the office is snappy as it looks like rain.
