Birthday cards

My birthday today but still off to work. Came home and opened up my cards. Thanks for them. Interesting one in the front was from the V’s and sent my eyes funny looking at it.

J came back from work but wasn’t feeling up for a swim. Turns out I’m un-fitter than I thought, couldn’t manage more than 200m without stopping. Gave up early and came home. I’m blaming the beard as it creates too much drag in the water.
