View at the Rhine

Had an assignment today in Koudekerk aan de Rijn, a small village at the Rhine. I had been there before and did notice this lovely view on the river. That was a couple of months ago, in the midst of the winter when the weather was really terrible.

I wanted to shoot this view like it was painted by some old Dutch Master. Today the sun was just right, resulting in perfect lighting on the water, and I was able to shoot the image that I had in my head.
