Gluten Free Piklets

I felt like a change for lunch today, and when I looked in the cupboard and saw that I had just enough rice flour to make some piklets, I set to work.
about 11/4c rice flour, 1tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 egg, 1/4c sugar and 3/4c milk and I was away and cooking, was so nice to be able to do it for a change and they were tasty as well.

But more exciting today I got my marks back for the last paper I was waiting on, and I passed the paper with a B, which also means that I have gotten my diploma of digital photography, feels like it is time to celebrate
