Tools of Freedom

Inkstand and Paperweights of gilt bronze with three vessels on their tray which originally contained ink, sand for blotting, and a sponge for cleaning the pen nib in the center. Very rarely are the original paperweights found still together with their inkstand. This set is French, made in Paris about 1715.
