The Pen is Mightier than the Sword

I remember being taught this phrase when I was in school.

Sadly today saw guns being the weapon wielded but I hope that the pen continues to fight on.

My heart goes out to all those who lost someone in this horrible and needless attack and I hope we all continue to defend the freedoms of speech that many before us have fought to secure.
