Diary Mad
This year I am going back to good old pen and paper. I have bought not one but two diaries this year. My gorgeous Cath Kidston diary is my daily things to do, remember etc and my mini diary is my #embracehappy book where I am writing down my 3 good things of the day. This is me gaining control of my anxiety and depression, seeing the good in each and every day. I hope it works, but so far so good.
