Crises in A&E: public and personal

On a day of headlines about the dire condition of the country's Casualty Departments, my friend M is in A&E having had an accident.
When I went along to visit (The Royal Sussex by the way), she said:
'B****r Jeremy Hunt. I'm in the best place to be ill in.'
She was talking about the kindness and care with which she's been treated. By everyone. 
But that's about people and humanity.
And it's despite – despite – how you're treating them, Jeremy.
