Photography Centre Of South-East Finland took operational control of The Gallery Pihatto on 1.1.2015. The most interesting detail is that our local Camera Club Saimaa was the one of founding parties of Gallery Pihatto together with South-Carelia Art Association and City of Lappeenranta in 1996. The first exhibition in new premises was opened today. It shows photos of respected Finnish press photorapher Seppo Saves's images from his trip to Papua-New Guinea at 1963-1964.
