Foo'

Nope not Mr T calling Emily a fool, it's Scottish for full. And tonight there was both food and drink to be full of.

I visited Emily's family through in Airdire and we made our pilgrimage down to Paulo's for some fantastic Italian food. You can always tell a good Italian restaurant because it is like you are being invited to eat in the owner's home. Always friendly and recognising of us, Paulo's is the place to go if you have hankering for some good red wine and a perfect pasta.

After a couple of bottles and a brandy at Emily's grans, me and the girl headed off to Edinburgh for flatmate Sam's birthday. 

Can't say my stomach was looking forward to a heavy night at the Bongo club but luckily it was Reggae so the dancing was minimal.
