Validation?

I've been saying for years that previous head injuries are the reason I've not remembered something or heard something. Well surely, I must have seen this wee grotto at some point in the 23 years I've lived in Wellington!!  It's on Oriental Parade where I've biked to work pretty much every day for 6 years (admittedly it is on the hill side of the road and I'm normally looking at the beach side, for some reason).  Otherwise, it must have been built very recently......
