Just a short local walk on roads and pavements while waiting for more news from my brother who was called to the hospital just after midnight.

By late morning he thought it best if we travelled over today. My husband did a fabulous job of driving through Newcastle and when we arrived at the RVI Mum was sitting up in bed looking so much better than I had imagined.
