Looking through the trees

I went into town to do a bit of shopping and as it was a lovely bright and sunny day I wandered up the Royal Mile and then the Grassmarket and headed up towards the Meadows where I started feeling a bit chilly and so I ducked into the "Doctors" bar for a quick pint, just before it started raining.

This image was taken from Greyfriars Kirk cemetery, where you get quite a view of the castle at this time of year when there are no leaves on the trees.
