Relationships

If I’m to succeed in this new job I need to build relationships, so the next few weeks are going to be a road trip and getting to know people.  Today’s road trip was to Northamptonshire.  It went well and I can see opportunities and potential blockers, that’s ok I expected that and I’m up for the challenge.

A long old day, out of the house at 6am and only just back at 8pm, although I feel energised not tired.  It’s going to be like that for next few weeks, but it will be worth it if I can build those relationships and gain people’s trust.
