Lessons learned today:
1) Trying a second time does not fix the dishwasher just move the problem onto a different one! OOPS!!....think it maybe time to admit defeat and get help (for the dishwasher not me!)
2) There's no point setting mysekf a plan for the week as I'm already behind on day 2!

Tough circuits tonight, whatever possessed me to believe I mught be able to do 4 in a row plus pt and a challenge first week back I'll never know.....wonder if I'll be able to move fri!! Or if I can a good excuse not to go tomorrow ;)
