Wellington Rocks

Walked across the Common as the sun was setting on my way to the physio- depsite hardly touching my computer over Christmas my arms are still sore. I had to climb onto the rocks to take this shot.  The physio suggested I give up the woodland management work until my arms have healed because using loppers is aggravating them.  Oh dear, I will have to go orienteeing instead.
