Free Parking

Took Rufus hound and mum for a walk in Aros park this morning. We were caught in the rain so thought we would stop in this parking space for the less able.

My knee is beginning to recover from its lockdown in September when something caused it to fill with fluid and stop moving properly. I'm now able to walk this 1 mile loop again, albeit at a slow pace, so it feels like real progress. It does still hurt, but it's moving better and getting stronger. Rufus hound is enjoying his outings too.
