MEET THE ROBINSON FAMILY...

... we had a special catch up today with Adam, Sarah and family in Hornsby a suburb on the northern edge of Sydney.

Reason being Mrs Beckett's Mum (known to most as Nanna) who is 87 years young in a week or two, used to baby sit Adam from a new born to well into school age, so there has always been that special tie.

Whilst Adams work took them away from Newcastle (where Nanna lived till around 7years ago) just prior to that move she also babysat their daughter. The Robinsons now live well away in the north of NSW now we only get to catch up during any holiday trip, and today was part of that.

Whilst Nanna is pretty frail now after two bowel cancer ops in the last 5 years, she still is in for a good ole chin wag, so really enjoyed the day for a number of reasons.

And, although not the best of shots, we were well looked after at the Hornsby RSL Club by Nida and her wonderful smile.
