Felicia Abstract

There were some beautiful poppies this morning, but I don’t want to bore you with my passion. This is an attempt at doing something different. I photographed Felicia flowers with the focal length set at 5mm and the lens wrapped in cling film.

I was out very early, hoping to capture the moon setting (another of my passions), but the clouds were heavy and low, and they have stayed that way all day. The washing I hung out before 9 am didn’t dry. We did not get the predicted rain. I have spent much of the day watering shrubs and bushes that were wilting.
