Pick your time

This is the reason I tend to delay shopping and visits to Romsey to late afternoon - no charge for parking after 4pm.
That allows plenty of time for an espresso or cappuccino and to collect whatever is necessary from town centre shops. While two of the town's supermarkets do allow two hours parking if you are visiting their shops I am wary of abusing that time concession.
So the concession of free parking in all town centre parks after 4pm is most welcome!
