Oatmeal as usual
So, I guess I've become that old man at McDonald's early in the morning. There Fruit and Maple Oatmeal seems to hit the spot after my morning workout. Nutritionally, it's not that bad (I keep telling myself), just under 300 Cals. So, now I'm there reading all my 'saves' to 'Pocket', from the previous night of surfing my Twitter feed while chomping on my oats. And, I feel right at home with all my over 60 'bros' sitting around talking about how the world was much better in their day!
